	SelfCareNet information is designed to support - not replace - the doctor/patient relationship.
	Each topic includes the name of the author, the date it was revised and the date it was last reviewed.

	All topics are available in both English and Spanish.
	All topics are written at a 6th-to-8th-grade reading level.

SelfCareNet, Inc. is a privately held, C Corporation based in Colorado. The company’s revenue sources are from licensing its Web-based content as annual licenses to three main categories:

	End users such as office-based physicians, clinics, hospitals and employers.
	Distributors, companies selling applications and consumer content to the healthcare market.
	Companies providing information to the public through healthcare portals.

SelfCareNet will not provide content directly to the consumer. This Web site is a business-to-business site.
